1. We try to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. During peak periods or Covid-19 related issues, there is a possibility of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.
Address Changes
Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We have no responsiblity for shipping address provided wrongly. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer.

1. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 in the country where our product warehouse is located.
2. This generally means overnight to standard addresses and 5-7 days for rural, but some delays outside of our control may occur so we can not guarantee this.

1. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $99 - normally 10-14 working days, however, delays out of our control may occur and we do not guarantee this.

For international cross-border transportation items, returns and exchanges are not accepted if not quality issues of products.
For domestic transportation items, returns and exchanges are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for freight fee if not quality issues of products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer pays for return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
